I made this lemon whipped cream for our strawberry shortcake. It is simple yet great tasting and you can eat with any fruit you like.
LEMON WHIPPED CREAM
Ingredients:
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon rind
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients using an electric mixer until a soft peak forms.
